Judging by the fairs and festivals happening this month, August is pretty busy for the province of Cebu. Last Monday, August 6, we caught the last day of the Agro Fair.
The Agro Fair was part of the celebration for the 443rd founding of the province of Cebu. It took place inside the Capitol compound and featured delicacies, farm products, and other items produced by local businesses from participating municipalities. We arrived a couple of hours before the booths were taken down but the place was still packed. Tourists and locals alike enjoyed the low prices and the wide selection of delicacies and native products offered. The Governor made an appearance, too.
