The Villalon Mansion

Story: Often referred to as the ‘House on the hill.’ The mansion once served as the home of a rich Cebuano clan. Today, the mansion is still off-limits to outsiders and the media.
Escario House
Location: Escario Street
Activity/Sightings: Unexplained activities, Death of workers
Story: A 4-storey house (which was recently turned into a hotel) that was cloaked in mystery. According to stories, numerous deaths of workers were reported during the construction of the house.
Escario Pensione House
Location: Escario Street
Activity/Sightings: Footsteps in the middle of the night, Knocks on doors, Unusual activities
Story: Although located in a very busy district, it is said that numerous unusual activities have been observed in this hotel. What’s weird is that it is located right in front of the Escario House.
Building in CBP 1
Location: Cebu Business Park
Activity/Sightings: Unusual activities
Story: According to accounts, the elevator usually stops and opens at a particular floor. What’s weird is that when the door opens, no one is waiting to get in. Weird scary noises are also usually heard in the bathrooms.
Building in CBP 2
Location: Cebu Business Park

Story: Workers have reported that bathrooms (past midnight) are unusually eerie and cold. Strange voices can be heard in the corridors and hallways during the quieter hours of the day.
School Admin Building
Location: Jones Avenue
Activity: Sightings of ghosts
Story: The basement of the building was used by the Japanese military police during the Japanese occupation. It is said that the students, faculty members, and staff have seen the ghosts of those killed during the war.
Ramos Dormitory
Location: Ramos Street
Activity/Sightings: Ghostly apparitions, Poltergeists, Unusual activities
Story: It is said that boarders can hear someone walking up and down the hallway in the wee hours of the morning. Numerous tenants have seen nuns and friars in various parts of the dormitory around midnight. Tenants also often notice that some things in their room have been misplaced or moved.
Ramos Building
Location: Ramos Street
Activity/Sightings: Ghostly apparation
Story: Numerous employees have reportedly seen a young girl who is about 7-10 years old in various parts of the building. The girl, described by those who have seen her, is wearing a church dress. She usually gets on the elevator on the fourth floor in the wee hours of the morning.
